Or a woman with weight dressed normally
or any combination of these

Probably "A woman dressed pretty with normal body"
Why?
Because beautiful women are used to having things handed to them.
Because someone that dresses "unisex" can't even accept who they are. How will they deal with reality?
Because overweight women usually have less discipline over themselves.
The normal woman that dresses "pretty" is the only one you presented that I would trust to both take her obligations seriously AND be capable enough to deliver on them. She hasn't had things handed to her, doesn't lack discipline, isn't confused about who she is, and so I would feel (based on only looks) that she is the only one that would hold herself accountable to deliver the best she had with no excuses.
